I’m Clare, the founder of The Anger Management Coach, and I’m thrilled to have you here. My journey into the world of emotional resilience and effective communication began over three decades ago when I first joined the police force. Working as a police officer exposed me to a myriad of human emotions and conflicts. I realised early on how critical emotional intelligence and resilience are in managing not only my own stress but also in de-escalating situations and helping others navigate their emotions.  After retiring from the police force, I decided to channel my experience and passion into something that could make a profound difference in people’s lives. I trained as an NLP Practitioner and NLP & MBit Coach, and founded The Anger Management Coach. My work has involved one-on-one coaching, workshops, and training sessions with individuals and organisations, focusing on anger management, emotional resilience, and communication skills. My goal is to create a positive impact on individuals by reducing conflicts, enhancing communication, and fostering a supportive and resilient home and work environment. I aim to equip individuals at all levels with the tools they need to manage their emotions effectively, communicate clearly, and build strong, positive relationships.
